Fees and registrationOnline registration to the conference will open on March 31 until May 5, 2025 (noon, French hour CET). All attendees must register for the conference.

Payment The link to the online payment will be sent by e-mail after acceptance of your application, and you will receive a confirmation after your payment. The invoice will be sent to you by email via the Azur colloque platform.
Cancellations A refund of the full fee is possible if the cancellation request is sent by e-mail before June 5, 2025. After this date, no refund will be possible. The cancellation request must be justified by the occurrence of recognized serious conditions having physically prevented the person from attending the event such hospitalization, or by a serious and recognized family event. Refunds will be issued only after the conference and may take several months. |
